Nigeria’s President, Muhammadu Buhari has for the first time been spotted observing the COVID-19 preventive protocols in public as he arrived in Mali for the ECOWAS peace mission.
This is the first time he reportedly wore the face mask in public since the emergence of Coronavirus infection in the country.
