#Covid19:Federal government announced that schools won’t resume on 18th any longer

The minister of education, Adamu Adamu, made this known on Monday, January 11 that school won’t resume on 18th January any longer.

The minister said:

“On the January 18 resumption date, we are reviewing it. We are going to review it. At the PTF meeting today, we considered it, and tomorrow, the ministry is going to take it up.” 

Meanwhile,it was announced previously that lagos state government announced that all schools will reopen on 18th January 2020. The announcement was made on Monday, January 4, by the state’s commissioner of education, Folasade Adefisayo.

In another report, a medical doctor working in one of the coronavirus isolation centres in Lagos advised the state governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu on what to do to the violators of COVID-19 rules. In the last few days, the Lagos state task force on coronavirus have been arresting violators of the COVID-19 guidelines in different fun spots in the commercial city.
