Patrick Oriyomi (Ph.D) is a Nigerian businessman and one of the highly ranked emerging real estate CEOs in Nigeria with global investments in housing and land properties. He had amassed over a decade of experience in the business industry and led transactions with combined value worth over $300m.
The successful under 40 CEO and Entrepreneur started his career journey in 2008 as a Finance Manager for the Mission Support Network Centre (MSNC), a registered Charity Organisation responsible for the recruitment, training, posting and managing of Missionaries for Christian work. He served the Mission for 10 years heading the Cost Control Unit of the Finance Department. During his time as Finance Manager, he saved the company over 200 million worth of constructive cost controlling technics amongst many other achievements before resigning to then start up his own company after the long dedicated service.

He started “Photizo Properties Limited” (a real estate company engaged in the acquisition of various lands and development of estates which is laid out in its scheme and gated estates and thereafter allocated to subscribers of the schemes) in 2018 and within 3 years in business, the company has gained many recognition for its impact in the Real Estate Industry in Nigeria acquiring several housings and land properties across Nigeria. Some of their properties include; Grace Ville in Ikegun, IbejuLekki Lagos; Oasis Garden in Epe, Lagos; Oasis Court in Epe, Lagos State and The Haven City in Odolewu Epe, Ogun State.
Many impacted by him and quite familiar with his name have described him as a very dedicated, hardworking and an especially focused man.
